We do not follow or promote any single spiritual path or doctrine, yet you’ll recognize a nod to many. We believe meaning-making is a deeply personal journey, and no two paths look exactly alike.

Our intention (and we are big on that) is simply to offer tools and inspiration that encourage reflection, nurture transformation, and create opportunities to pause, reconnect, and grow.

Along the way, we honor and acknowledge the wisdom, symbolism, and traditions that have inspired generations across cultures, including Indigenous teachings*, Gaelic traditions, Kabbalah, Sephardim Feng Shui, Celtic spirituality, Hinduism, Buddhism, Wicca, and other mystical and magical lineages. We approach these influences with gratitude, respect, and a commitment to ongoing learning.

We acknowledge and honor the Indigenous cultures and ancestral lineages from which smudging and plant-based purification practices originate, and we approach these traditions with respect and gratitude. Each smudging honors* traditional purifying practices.

*Respecting sage and the practice of smudging means we are respecting Native Americans, and the practices of Indigenous People and their cultures dating back centuries. By acknowledging this, It is our intention to bring us one step closer to unity and healing as a collective.
